Ida Mae Selby, 105, formerly of Alamo, died 2:10 a.m. Saturday in Williamsburg Healthcare, Crawfordsville.
Mrs. Selby was a telephone operator for 25 years at Alamo Telephone Co. Her membership included Alamo Christian Church. She attended Alamo schools.
She was born Aug. 4, 1900, to John H. and Myrtle Iva Roberts Bowerman. She married Iral Scott Selby on Sept. 10, 1921. He died Aug. 5, 1985.
Survivors includes two sons, Eston (Helen) Selby, Crawfordsville, and Kenneth (Joan) Selby, Alamo; a daughter, Ethel Hudson, Alamo; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Two sisters and two brothers are deceased.
Graveside funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in Alamo Cemetery with the Rev. Dick King officiating. There are no calling hours.
