Kathleen O. Baker, 45, of Norfolk, died Nov. 12, 1995, in her residence. She was born in Philadelphia and was a member of Glad Tidings Church in Norfolk. She was employed with the State of Virginia as a clerk in the General District Court, Norfolk. Survivors include a daughter, Christina M. Baker of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Maureen O. Booth of Hollywood, Md., and Colleen V. Russell of Hardy, Va. She was preceded in death by her brother, Earl W. Ogdon III. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, by Pastor Geral Qualls. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends today at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
