Ruby was the daughter of William Collier.
Ruby was first married to John F Bius who was a widower with 9 children (a 10th who had died at 15), they were married sometime after John's first wife Julia died (in Aug of 1904). John and Ruby had four children together, making a total of 14 children for John.
John and Ruby's children were: Falfa Lee Bius, Vernon Veshal Bius (He died at age 4 in Shellman Co Ga from burns he received when his chair turned over and he fell into a fire.), Olivia Christine Bius and John Doyle Bius.
After the death of her husband John F Bius in Dec 1915; sometime there after but before Nov 1917 she then married George Beard. George died in 1920 in Moultrie GA from influenza. Ruby then (about 1921) married William Beard from Ohio and moved her remaining children to Ohio. George and William Beard (Ruby's 2nd and 3rd husbands ARE NOT related).
