Besides her husband she is survived y two daughters, Mrs. Arbutus Wilson and Mrs. Carolyn A. Jung; four sons, Luther G. Byrd, Charles R. Byrd and Donald L. Byrd of Norfolk and Army Sgt. Eugene E. Byrd of Clemeton, N.J.; three sisters, Miss Virginia Taylor and Mrs. Sylvia Cameron of Pulaski and Mrs. Ethel Rumley of Richmond; three brothers, Estel Taylor, Andrew Taylor and Donald Taylor of Pulaski; and 11 grandchildren.
She was a native o Pulaski and lived in Norfolk 33 years.
A funeral service will be conducted in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Sunday at 3p.m. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
