She was born about 1651. She was the daughter of Edward Dorsey, Sr., Boatright of England. She marred bef. 1667 Matthew Howard Jr. She is not mentioned in her husband's will as she died prior to 1691.

The Castle D'Arcie, located 30 miles from Paris, was the original seat of the firt of this line whose heir Norman D'Arcie accompanied William the Conqeror to England in 1066, where he was enriched by the monarch with ample possessions."
