Myrtis Buell Red Williams, 98, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014. She was born April 3, 1915 to Uriah Rick and Mattie Carolyn Spann.

Myrtis was of the Methodist faith and loved her Lord and Savior.

Myrtis was preceded in death by her husband Jack Williams, her daughter Patricia Ann Ison, and granddaughter, Gayla Ann Riffle as well as her parents, seven brother and two sisters.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, Grandson Richie (Shelia) Ison, five great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Granny loved working in her yard, and always wanted the very best health and happiness for her family.

The family would like to thank the doctors and dedicated nurses and staff at UAMS that took such great care of our Granny we are forever Thankful.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2014 in the chapel of Roller-Chenal Funeral Home 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas (501) 224-8300. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at the Funeral Home.
