She was baptized and confirmed in the Zion Lutheran Church by Rev. A. Bartz.
July 25, 1918 she was united in marriage to Arthur Pfeiffer at Alsen, N.D.
Mr. and Mrs. Pfeiffer resided in several localities where Mr. Pfeiffer was employed by the railroad.
The came to Carlos in 1940 where they lived until 1946 when Mr. Pfeiffer retired and they moved to Alexandria.
Mrs. Pfeiffer passed away after a long illness at her home July 7, at the age of 70 years.
Surviving are her husband, one son, Fred of Stevens Point, Wisc.; Lavern (Mrs. John Pederson) of Martinez, Calif., surviving are five grand grandsons, one sister, Mathilda (Mrs. Andrew Hauglie) of Alexandria. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service was July 9 at Zion Lutheran Church, Rev. K. K. Hill officiating.
Interment was at Sunset Memorial Cemetery, Alexandria.
Pall bearers were William Roth, Walter Palm, Earl Thompson, Emil W. Johnson, William C. A. Schulke, Danny Nack.
Mrs. Harold Steinhorst sang, accompanied by Mrs. Dale Diekman.
