Mrs. Goldie Marie Fannin Bennett, 57, of Buchanan, KY, died Sunday in a Louisa hospital. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Buchanan
Chapel. Burial was in the chapel cemetery. Mrs. Bennett was born August 31, 1905, in Boyd County, a daughter of the late L. Coster and Elizabeth Bryan Fannin. She had been a resident of Buchanan for 35 years and was a member of the Prichard Memorial Methodist Church of Buchanan. She is survived by the husband, Cecil J. Bennett; three daughters, Mrs. Bennie Hulett of Augusta, KY, Mrs. Robert L. Vanderpool of Catlettsburg Route 1, and Mrs. Carl Whitt of Catlettsburg; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Kelly of Buchanan and Mrs. Ray O'Pell of Catlettsburg, Route 2 and eight grandchildren.
