Erma G. Bartlette, 85 of Cedar Springs, died Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Metron of Cedar Springs. Mrs. Bartlette was born April 8, 1923 in Stanwood, MI the daughter of Thaddius and E. Grace (Weld) VanSickle. She had graduated from Stanwood High School and was a member of the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church. Surviving are 4 children and their spouses, David (Caroline) Bartlette of Cedar Springs, Linda (Norman) Hamlin of Flushing, MI, R. Brian (Staci) Bartlette of New Carlisle, IN, Carroll (Laura) Bartlette of Jefferson, MD; 13 grandchildren, many great grandchildren; 1 sister, Helen Diehm of Reed City. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond Revalee; daughter-in-law, Carla Bartlette; and a grandson, Jerimiah Bartlette. The family will greet friends Saturday, March 28, 2009 from 10:00 am until time of memorial service at 11:00 am at the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church. Pastor Mary Ivanov officiating. Private family interment will take place at Higbee Cemetery, Morley. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan or the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church.
