Death of Mrs. Charles Franzman
News reached this city last night that Mrs. Charles Franzman had died at the home of her son in Butte yesterday afternoon at the age of 71 years. Mrs. Franzman was the mother of our townsmen, William and Jacob Franzman, and interment will be made in the family lot of the Philipsburg cemetery. The funeral will take place Saturday afternoon fromt he Methodist church after the arrival of the train.

Died In Montana. Mrs. Charles Franzmann Expires in Butte City.
Quincy relatives Saturday received word that Mrs. Charles Franzmann for many years a resident of this city, had passed away at Butte City, Mont., on Nov. 24. Her husband died in December, 1894, and will be remembered by many of the residents of the South Side as conducting a horseshoeing shop at Fifth and Payson avenue. Among the children who are left to mourn Mrs. Franzmann's death are Mrs. Ed Oerschel, of this city; Jacob Franzmann, who is now in the Klondike country; Mrs. Rose Wood, of Deer Lodge, Mont.; William, of Philipsburg, Mont.; John, of Washington territory; Charles, of Butte City; and Mrs. Charles Jackson of St. Paul. The remains were interred at Butte.
