Mary Lou Honaker Hawkins, 82, of Owingsville, Ky, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013.

Born August 10, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Ambrose Honaker and Stella Smoot Honaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Austin "Jack" Hawkins.

Mrs. Hawkins was a homemaker and a member of Owingsville Church of Christ.

She is survived by two sons, James "Jim" Hawkins and Junior (Mary Susan) Hawkins of Owingsville; four daughters Jackie Hawkins (Ken) Huller of Owingsville, Jenny Hawkins (Jerry) Adkins of Owingsville, Judy Hawkins ( Bill) Story of Hillsboro, and Jeanette Hawkins (Dustin) Holder of Owingsville; a brother Clyde (Linda) Honaker, Jr. of Lexington; two sisters Margaret Helen Stewart and Dorothy Jean Rogers of Owingsville; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 19,2013 at the Richardson Funeral Home. Alton Norman officiated and interment was in the Longview Cemetery.
