Mr. Bennett died April 8, from injuries received from a car accident near Grayson, La.
Survivors include his father, Mr. Billy Bennett of Columbia, La.; his mother, Mrs. Johnnie Faye Lucy of El Dorado, Ark.; one brother, Mr. William Clay Bennett of Columbia, La.; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mabel Bennett of Columbia; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Miller of El Dorado, Ark.
Pallbearers were Leeman Stamper, Jack Lawrence, Sr., Jack Lawrence, Jr., Leonard Gregory, Doug Crockett, and San Juan Tarver.
