Anna Kathryn French, 79, of Linton, passed away Monday, Oct. 1, 2001 at the Shakamak Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Jasonville. Born Jan. 27, 1922 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Roy F. and Bessie McKinley. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Hayes of Spencer; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers. Funeral services will be held at the Newkirk Funeral Home in Dugger at 10 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Danny Bedwell officiating. Burial will follow at the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bloomfield.
