Jordan Edward Campbell, age 4, of Chesterton, IN, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at Porter, Valparaiso Hospital Campus. He was born in Valparaiso, IN on April 21, 2000. He is survived by his parents Dean and Roxana (Tuholski) Campbell of Chesterton; brother Bryan Campbell of Bloomington, IN; sisters Ashley Campbell of Bloomington, IN, and Lauren and Lindsey Campbell of Chesterton, IN; maternal grandparents, Ed and Mary Tuholski of Galien, MI; paternal grandparents, Merl and Lucille Campbell of Schererville, IN; maternal great-grandmother, Edith Tuholski of Three Oaks, MI; also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins; and special baby sitter Leslie Kurzinski of Valparaiso. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 28, 2004 at 1:00 PM from the Edmonds and Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton, IN. Burial in Chesterton Cemetery, Chesterton, IN. Visitation Tuesday, July 29, 2004 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edmonds and Evans Funeral Home. Jordan was a student at the Wee Care Pre-School in Chesterton and was involved in soccer, gymnastics and swimming lessons.
