Overcame electrocution at the age of 19, suffering severe burns and loss of left leg below the knee. As a boy he was interested in playing a variety of sports. His entire life Mike was an avid lover of Texas country music. Mike was a good friend to many and a supporter KNON 89.3 radio station in Dallas. He married Sue Baber in 1985, was a wonderful husband and son-in-law. He succumbed to brain cancer while in the care of a hospice in Fort Worth and is now finally at peace.
