Mr. Spinar died at Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton Aug. 20 as a result of complications resulting from injuries received in a car accident Aug. 14. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Frances Spinar with whom he made his home north east of Colome; three brothers, Jerry of Colome; Charles of White Lake and Eddie of Rapid City; four sisters, Mrs. Frances Mclntyre of Butte, Mont.; Miss Rose Spinar and Mrs. Otto Pochop of Witten and Mrs. Joe Krivanek of Colome. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank, and a brother. Joseph Spinar was born at Omaha Feb. 23, 1896 where he grew to manhood. He then moved to Red Bird, Neb., where he farmed for many years before moving to the family farm near Colome.
