Christie Marie Brooks Barrett, 37, of Roberta, passed away Feb. 8, 2010. Daughter of Duane Kolbe & Patricia Shepard, she was born in Monroe, Michigan, but had resided in Wilkinson and Crawford Counties for many years. Preceded in death by husband, Sam Barrett, step-father, Benny Brooks, grandparents, W.D. and Estella Shepard, Rudy and Estella Kolbe, and grandfather, Herman Brooks, she was a homemaker. Christie was a member of Musella Baptist Church.
