Andrew Lee Berretta, 79, passed away on November 15, 2013. "Pop," as he was known to family and friends, was born on January 29, 1934 in Memphis to parents John Berretta and Joanna Podesta Berretta. He graduated from CBC in 1953 and worked for A&P for 25 years and Big Star grocers for 20 years. His loving memory will be carried on as well by his grandchildren Bryan Berretta (wife, Melissa), Jody Wray-Lovell, Nathan Berretta (wife, Lynda), William Huttig, Brittany Berretta, Josh Thomas and Jonathan Ward; great-grandchildren Zach, Abigayle, Bryn, Cara, Mia, Briley, and Zora; sister-in-law, Carol Barksdale (husband, Wayne); brothers-in-law Joe Green (wife, Peggy), Willis Green (wife, Linda), Everitt Green (wife, Marlene); and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Forrest Hill East on Whitten Road on Sunday, November 17th.
