MRS. ANNA LYON TAITZ, widow of Max Taitz, a former resident of 246 Frederick St., Hagerstown, and more resently residing in Baltimore, died at the Levindale Home and Infirmary, Belvedere Ave., Baltimore, at 3 p.m. Wednesday. She was 88 years of age.
Born in Lithuania, she was the daughter of the late Isaac and Shifra Kaplan Lyon.
She is survived by a son, Barney Taitz, Philadelphia; sister, Mrs. Jeanette Lyon Pelem, New York City, and a number of nieces and nephews.
The body was removed to the A. K. Coffman Funeral Home, where services will be held today at 1 p.m. Rabbi Murray Saltzman officiating. Interment will be made in the B'Nai Abraham Cemetery.
