Walter Emery Lee of Hot Springs, died Monday, November 4, 2013 at the South Dakota State Veterans Home. He was 90 years old.
Walter was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army on March 19, 1953.
He is survived by numerous step-children, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Rosalie Lee.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at St. Isaac Jogues, with Father David Matzko, S.J. as celebrant. Interment will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery with military honors provided by the Rushmore VFW Post 1273 Honor Guard.
