Kurt and Cynthia lived in Clinton, Utah for 14 years. Always the life of the party, Kurt and Cynthia were beloved and respected by many in their lives together. They will both be missed by the many people whose lives they touched on a daily basis.
Kurt served his country in the Coast Guard for four years, and worked at the Hill Air Force Base since 1999. Cynthia was an adored manager at her local Walmart store.
Kurt is survived by his son, Shaun Sterner, his mother and step-father Lois and Nick Thornton, and his four siblings: Sheri Nadeau, Jeffery Sterner, Todd Sterner and Nicole Thornton-Palacio. Cynthia is survived by her three siblings: James Stewart, Kelly Looper and Wayne Stewart. Kurt and Cynthia are both survived also by their daughter, Emily Sterner.
The family wishes to further express their thanks to the loving staff at Ogden Regional Hospital, and the wonderful support received by Access Home Care and Hospice.
