On the morning of November 1st 2013 Marcy died at her parents' house in Lilburn Georgia at the age of 42 after a battle with breast cancer. Never married, Marcy is survived by her parents Buck and Charlotte Scott and her brother Stewart Scott. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and the NASCAR community.
