She was the daughter of Thelma Estell Green (Little Burklow)Dunn of Boaz Ala., and the late Cleadus Elmo Burklow.
She was a former employee of South Central Bell in Madisonville, Ky. and was a member of Grapevine Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ernest Albin "Butter" Appleby, of Madisonville, two sons, Alex Jason Appleby of Madisonville, Andy Appleby of Greenville, Ky. one brother, Rudell"Sonny" Little of Kingston, Tenn., one sister, Suzanne Allred of Boaz, Ala., one granddaughter, Katie Appleby of Madisonville, and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Barnett-StrothersFuneral Home in Madisonville with Dr. Clark Brown officiating.
