Armando Apodaca Sr., age 64, a resident of Los Lunas, New Mexico, passed away on November 2, 2004 with his loving family by his side.
Armando is survived by his wife, Juanita, his children, Christina Apodaca, Arlena Maria Apodaca, Pamela Montiel and her husband, Kenneth, Edward Crespín and his wife, Nancy, Robert Jaramillo and his wife, Denise and Armando Apodaca Jr., his mother, Julia Gauna, five sisters, Annie DeAnda and her husband, Tony, Molly DeAnda and her husband, Rick, Matha DeAnda and her husband, Merdy, Frances Astorga and her husband, Robert and Loretta Lente and her husband, Tommy, one brother, Pablo Apodaca, 17 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Armando was a member of the Catholic Church.
A visitation will be on Friday evening after 6:30 at the San Antonio Catholic Church with a Vigil Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. A final visitation will be on Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at San Antonio Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at the Los Lentes Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Eulogio Jaramillo, Ralph "Pape" López, Frank Gurulé and the Original Old Timers Championship Soft Ball Team 1975-1988.
