"Catfish" was the son of Frederick Fogleman, Jr. (b. May 20, 1923) and Mary Inez LAYTON (b. 14 Sep 1917). Surviving are wife, Jannie Ledbetter Fogleman of the home; daughters, Wendy F. Cruz of Snow Camp, Donna F. Hedgecock of Julian, Amy F. Moore of Liberty; Georgia Ann Fogleman; mother, Inez Layton Fogleman of Liberty; sisters, Trudie McPherson of Snow Camp, Judy Lewis of Gotha, Fla., Darlene Moore of Liberty; brother, C. Fred Fogleman of Liberty; seven grandchildren.
