Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Lighthouse Assembly of God; burial in Snyder Cemetery, directed by Wright Colonial Funeral Home. Services for Sidney Morgan McCann, 95, of Snyder will be at 2 p.m. today at Lighthouse Assembly of God with the Rev. Frankie Santiago officiating and the Rev. Danny Williams assisting. Burial will be in Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Wright Colonial Funeral Home. He died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2000, in Lubbock. He was born Sept. 3, 1904, in Conroe [???]. He married Audine Jourdan on March 30, 1953, in Portales, N.M. He worked in the shipyards in Houston during World War II. He worked for the railroad in Slaton before moving to Snyder in 1947. He was a butcher for Rainbow Market and Everybody's Thriftyway for many years. He was a member of Lighthouse Assembly of God in Snyder. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Earl and David, both of Snyder; two daughters, Sheila Santiago of Roscoe and Nelda McClintock of Lubbock; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
