Mrs. Emma Eichinger received a telephone message this morning from Mrs. George Bush, of Frankfort, saying that Frank Eckhart is dying. He lives in or near Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Frank Eckhart is remembered as "Doosler" Eckhart and is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Jake Eckhart, deceased. He was born in his vicinity some sixty years ago. When a young man he migrated to West Virginia, and for a number of years he had charge of a mill at Harrisville, that state. The mill was closed several years ago, and then he moved to Parkersburg. He was married, but we believe, had no children. Mrs. Bush is the surviving member of the family. A younger brother, Harry, died in Denver several years ago. Frank Eckhart is a nephew of Mrs. Elnora Allyn.
