Mrs. Lily (Whittle) Nemec, 85 of 123 Hemlock Street, New Bedford, died yesterday in a Fairhaven nursing home. She was the widow of Norbert Nemec.
Born in Bolton, Lancashire, England, she lived in New Bedford for 65 years. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd.
She is survived by a son, Frank, of New Bedford; four daughters, Mrs. Alice Plezia and Mrs. Ethel Potkay, both of Fairhaven, Mrs. Hilda Hacking of New Bedford and Mrs. Ruby Dellisola of Somerville; four grandchildren and a great grandson.
