Otto Sherman Anderson,74, former Grace resident, died Friday, April 6 at Sunshine Terrace in Logan from an illness.
He was born Sept. 5, 1915 in Grace to Wilford and Isabell Anderson. He married Eva Ora Yeaman Feb. 4, 1941 at the Logan LDA Temple. He later married Elko Tanami on Dec 29 1970 in Elko, NV.
He was a graduate of Grace High School. He received a BA in social sciences and had done post-graduate work. He was also a businessman. He had lived in Salt Lake City for many years where he worked for Granite Furniture and ZCMI. He also owned and operated many businesses in Idaho, Utah and Montana.
He servived by his wife, Logan; three sons, C. Bart Anderson, St. George, UT; Paul Anderson, Northport, WA; Flint K. Anderson, Logan, UT; four daughters, Mrs Kenneth (Kristie) Wilson, Mrs. Richard (Carla) Phelps, Mrs. Robert (Catherine) Clark, all of Salt Lake City, Utah; and Sara Anderson, Logan, Utah; 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and one sister, Mrs. Eddie (Burnice) Larsen, Smithfield. He was preceeded in death by one grandson.
Funeral services were in Logan Tuesday;
Buriel was in the Grace Cemetery.
