~OUR FAMILIES ANCESTRAL ROOTS~

Married April 10, 1895 in New Market Frederick County, Maryland. But they separated from each other prior to 1924. (but not legally)

Dead since sometime on Thursday, near Prospect Church and was found by her son-in-law on Friday evening in her home. She died of multiple burns, said to have been a suspicious death. Although her death certificate states accidental cause for death. But found an old note that her daughter and granddaughter had wanted the situation investigated, but apparently nothing had ever been done or found to resolve their concerns. As her only daughter and son-in-law both said that Annie Melinda was cleaned up in a brand new slip and had fresh tea made prior to her death. And that she was lying on clean bed clothes severely burned to death. She was found by her son-in-law. And by the time he had gotten back with his wife (which was her daughter) that someone had taken many family heirlooms.
