She was a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Ella Barnes; aunt: Hattie Goins; cousin: Nellie Diehl.
She is survived by her faithful and loving husband of 45 years: Floyd Blevins; daughter and son-in-law: Kathy and Trent "Butch" Haley of Tazewell; son and daughter-in-law: Jim and Margie Blevins of Tazewell; grandchildren: Jason Wise, Josh and Sarah Wise, Brittney Blevins, Brandon Clarkson, Adam Haley and Amanda Haley; special people: Jamie Chittum, Barb Wise Noah, Agnus Cupp, Greg Goins and Don Goins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were Sunday, September 4 at 2 p.m. in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Baker and Rev. Tom Louthan, Sr. officiating. Songs by The Journeymakers. Burial in the England Cemetery.
