Beatrice M. Gerberich Boyer, 79, Hershey, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2004, at home. She was the wife of Warren H. Boyer, to whom she was married 60 years. Born April 1, 1924, in East Hanover Township, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Lucy Hetrick Gerberich. She was a homemaker, graduate of Hershey High School and a member of Gravel Hill United Methodist Church, Palmyra. She attended Sherk's Church in Annville. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are son Richard A., husband of Bonnie Boyer of Hummelstown; daughter Marie B., wife of Dr. Burke Cunha of Garden City, NY; sisters Beulah Shaffer and Kathryn DeLong, both of Hershey, and Betty Hetrick of Campbelltown; brothers George Gerberich of Elizabethtown and Ray "Chick" Gerberich of Hershey; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral Friday at Rothermel Funeral Home, Palmyra. Interment in Grantville Cemetery. [Lebanon Daily News]
