Jean Shumate Hensley, age 65, of Georgetown, retired manager of the visitors Information Center at the Kentucky Horse Park , died March 28,1996 at Central Baptist Hospital, A native of Scott County, she was the daughter of the late Alonzo & Lola Mae Shumate and was a member of the Georgetown Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, & daughters-in-law, Dr. Stephen L & Barbara Hensley, Fort Thomas, Dr. Jeffrey & Jeanie Hensley, Tulsa, Oklahoma,; 6 grandchildren, Erin, Allison,Sarah, & Rachel, Ft. Thomas, Sean, Stephen, Hensley, Tulsa, One sister Julia s. brooks and one brother Jerald Shumate, both of Georgetown,
