Carolyn Callie Rose Durant 14 months, of Easthampton passed away peacefully in the arms of her parents Monday , September 2. Her easy-going, funny, curious spirit touched the hearts and lives of many in her short time with us. Callie was born June 17, 2012 and was the beloved daughter of Ben Durant and Tracey Charleton Durant, sister of Seth and twin sister of Emily. She was the granddaughter of Rebecca Durant, James Durant, Karen Durant, the late Richard and Carolyn Charleton, the great-grandaughter of Harry and Betty Durant and Walter Semrau, the niece of Holly and John Johnson, Christopher Agro and Elizabeth Durant, Robert Durant, Andrew Durant and Thomas Durant and cousin of Carolena, Aubrianna and Georgia Johnson, and Alexseanna Durant. There will be a private burial followed by a celebration of Callie's life where the family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday September 12, from 2-5 pm in the Mitchell Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Easthampton with a tribute to Callie at 4:30pm.
