Wife of Captain William G Fitch m. July 16, 1862 in Saint John's Lutheran Church, Hagerstown, Maryland and daughter of Sarah Ann (Anderson) and Zachariah Bostick Clark. They had one child that lived to adulthood Clyde Fitch, the famous playwright. They would also help raise their nephew Geroge Clarence Blake whose father had died when he was six years of age. After her death she was cremated and her ashes joined those of her son and husband in the sarcophagus of the Hunt & Hunt monument to her son.
