Jerry, 81, 421 E. Fulton St., died at 9:10 a.m., at The Gardens at Celina.

He was the son of Manch and Ruby (Sheppard) Harris. He married Nancy Waugh, who survives in Celina.

Also surviving are a son, Michael (Teresa), Celina; a daughter, Jeri Van Tres, St. Marys, OH; seven grandchildren: Cassandra (Randy) Bergman, Tesla Van Tres, Jacob Van Tres, Jayden Van Tres, M. Adrein (Michelle) Harris, Areil Harris and Angelica Harris.

Deceased is a sister, Hazel (John) Lipon.

He served his country in the United States Army in the Airborne Division. He retired in 1990 from the Weirton Steel Mill, Weirton.

Private family services will be held at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
