Virginia Canon, 57, of Tulalip, WA passed away June 23, 2010.

Born Feb. 6, 1953 in Wisconsin, Ginger was raised in the Billings, Montana area graduating from West High School in 1971. She was united in marriage to Steven Soelter in 1971 and together they had two daughters. Later she moved to Washington State where she married Danny Tietje in 1978 and Todd Lund in 1993. While in Washington she had a long career in telephone communications, most recently with Verizon, Weyerhaeuser and Xeta Technologies.

Ginger is survived by her daughters, Shawna Biggs (Larry) and Sharon Soelter; three grandsons, Justin, Brady and Jack; her father, Calvin Canon (Jean); mother, Louella Cowdin (Duane); brother, William Canon (Pam); sister, Beverly (Renae) Harrington; niece and nephews, Lacy & family, Danny and Dewayne.

A memorial service will be held at 11am, Friday, July 9 at Messiah Lutheran Church in Marysville, WA. Internment will take place at Pleasant View Cemetery in Worden, Montana. Published in The Herald (Everett) from July 6 to July 7, 2010
