GREER-William A. "Will" Cox, 80, of Rt. 1, Hammett Road, husband of Ellen Wilson Cox, died Friday.
Born in Spartanburg County, he was a member of Sharon United Methodist Church and a veteran of World War I.
Surviving also are a daughter, Ruth of Taylors; a son, William E. Cox of Woodruff; four brothers, Vernon and Walter Cox of Woodruff, James Cox of Spartanburg and Carl Cox of Aiken; three sisters, Miss Louise Cox and Mrs. Lula Rogers of Spartanburg and Mrs. Alma Brown of Moore; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Sharon United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
The body is at Wood Mortuary and will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Sunday.
The family is at the home of Bill Cox, Rt. 1, Woodruff.
