Thomas P. Haughey, 79, an engineer with the Board of Education of New York City for 32 years prior to his retirement died Sunday at Halifax Hospital. Mr. Haughey was born in New York City and came here in 1966 from (North Babylon) Long Island, NY. He was a past Master of Park Masonic Lodge #516, New York City, and a member of the Drive-In Christian Church, Daytona Beach. Survivors include a son, Thomas P., Jr., New Smyrna Beach; a daughter Janet Weiss, Miami; a (step)daughter Pauline Campbell, Edgewater; three sisters, Violet Mahr, Mary Haughey (Bryan) and Ruth Haughey, all of New York City; and two grandchildren.
