Age 84, a life-long resident of Neville Island, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Beloved husband of 60 years to June (Wallis) Withrow. Member of Neville Island Presbyterian Church, F & AM Chapter #674 and VFW Post 402, US Army Veteran of WW II and retired from Pennell Engineering Assoc. Visitation Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm at COPELAND'S CORAOPOLIS, 867 Fifth Ave., with Service on Saturday at 10 am. Burial at Sylvania Hills with Full Military Honors. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Neville Island Fire Dept.
