Elizabeth passed away and Verne married Wilbur Earl Wolfe and moved to Canada. Naomi became ill on Halloween and died suddenly from an aneurism on Nov. 1.

Naomi had become a Christian Scientist in her later years, so when she became ill some members of her church came in to pray with her, so she did not seek medical help until it was too late. At the time of her death she also had Bright's Disease.
