Son of James B. & Mary Vaughn Goin born in Spartanburg, SC. He married Henrietta Harrison Dec.4,1866 in DeSoto Co. MS, after serving in the CW and settled there until his death. His wife survived him but we do not know when she passed away or where she is buried.
