Obit for my Gt. Grandfather, James Colman
James Colman, 54, Chief Clerk for overcharge claims for the Missouri Pacific Lines, died at 6:25 a.m. Monday at Missouri Pacific hospital after a brief illness of pneumonia.
Funeral services will be help Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. from the home, 906 West Lacy street, with the Rev. Father T.J. Moriarty, pastor of the Sacred Heart church officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph cemetery.
Mr. Colman was a native of Palestine and had worked for the railroad for 36 years.
He is survived by his wife; one son, Walter James Colman of Palestine; a brother, L. H. Colman of Palestine; sister, Mrs. Hugh Sonafrank, of Ft. Wayne, Ind.
Arrangements are by Bailey.
Pallbearers will be: Allen Hamlett, Harry C. Rose, J. C. Carnathan, B. Hartzog, Erle Dickson, Fred Smith.
