Catharine Coleridge Salmon, 88, of the Morgan section of Sayreville died Sunday July 21, 2013 at home. Born in South Amboy, she lived in Morgan for over 60 years. She was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, South Amboy.
Daughter of the late John and Anne Coleridge, she was also predeceased by her husband, Edward Salmon in 1988 and her daughter, Kathleen in 1946. She is survived by her son Robert Salmon and his wife Beatriz of North Caldwell; 2 daughters, Eileen Nalepa of Littleton, Colorado and Adrienne Salmon and her husband, Walter Maier of South Amboy; 4 grandchildren, Laura and Amanda Salmon and Anthony and Christopher Nalepa and 2 great grandchildren, Chase and Cherish Nalepa.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 24, 2013 at 10 am at The Gundrum Service "Home For Funerals" 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by interment at New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm.
