Dorothy (known to most as "Dot") was born in Concord Township, Delaware County, OH, on the family farm of her parents Arthur Lott & Alice May (Rader) Young. In 1927 Dorothy graduated from Bellpoint High School where she had met Delmar Roy Dulin whom she married in 1934 in the nearby town of Marion, OH. The couple were Marion residents for the remainder of their lives. Dorothy & Delmar parented two sons between the years of 1938 & 1943. One of these children, Paul Edward Dulin, died during childbirth.
Dorothy was one of the world's GREAT cooks - having learned her craft feeding hundreds of hungry farmhands in Concord Township.
