Survivors include: her husband, Frankie Milton Foster, of Richmond; six daughters, Diane (Jerry) Doty, of Bolidar, MO, Deborah (Don) Ward, of Jacksonville, FL, Donna Love, of Zephyr Hills, FL, Rebecca (Mike) Terrill, of Zephyr Hills, FL, Carolyn Keene, of Richmond, KY, and Sharon Williamson, of Mt. Sterling, KY; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Denville Winkler Jr., Bryan Winkler, and Billy Winkler.
Funeral services for Thelma Foster will be 2 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2013, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Edwin Lainhart officiating. Burial will follow at Flatwoods Cemetery.
Nephews and friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Sue Herbst, Pat Settles, Liz Koward, Kelli Kuhn, and Donna Carter.
