A daughter of James & Jane (Giffen) Frazier, she was married to David T. Atkinson. She shares a large stone with her husband and two of her sons.

Elizabeth Ellen Frazier (1838 - 1913) was the eldest child of James and Jane
(Giffen) Frazier (4.17), She was born in Ohio County, (West) Virginia, moved to Belmont County, Ohio as a young child, returned to Ohio County at age 13, and moved a second time to Belmont County at the age of 18. She married David Trimble Atkinson on 1 May 1862 and settled on a farm in Donegal Township, Washington County, Pennsyvania, About 1875 they moved to a farm in Ohio County and made this their home the remainder of their adult lives.
