Amaryllis J. (nee Sterner) Bauer, 80 of Holmes Amaryllis J. (nee Sterner) Bauer, age 80, of Holmes, died Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at home. Born in Allentown, she had been a resident of Holmes since 1958. Mrs. Bauer was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Survivors: Her husband, Walter A. Bauer; her children, Anthony, James (Carol), Scott Sr. (Joanne), and Jan Marie; her brother, Richard Sterner; and her sister, Patricia Bartynski.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Scott, Jr., Michael, Christopher, Joshua, Rachel, Sarah, Alexandra, and Andrew; and her great-grandchildren, Everly and Logan. Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Mass 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2130 Franklin Ave., Morton, where friends may call after 9 a.m. Interment: SS.
