She was employed by Potomac Edison Co. in Statistical Property Records. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where she served with the tape ministries, and as a Sunday school teacher. She was a member of Leitersburg Homemakers, American Legion Morris Frock Post 42 Auxiliary, Potomac Edison Forerunners Club, AARP, and a charter member of Beaver Creek Country Club.
She is survived by her husband, Charles A. "Chuck" Adams; and one cousin.
Services were held at Minnich Funeral Home, Hagerstown; burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery.
