She was born March 15, 1931 in Limestone County to Richard Ruf and Fleecy McSherry Ruf. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Aycock. She is survived by three daughters, Connie Aycock, Jealyn Swaim, LaDon Aycock, all of Athens; son, Jerry Aycock, Athens; brother, Hubert Ruf, Elkmont; sister, Gladys Campbell, Athens; two granddaughters, Melissa Aycock and Amber Lynn Swaim. Pallbearers will be Tony Pylant, Keith Adams, Randy Campbell, William Swaim, Leon Ruf and Dwight Swaim.
